In this program I will provide a 45-60 minute group study and discussion on the Maxwell Method of Sales. Participants will learn 5 key ways to increase their sales influence. Upon completion of the Lunch & Learn, they will have personally defined immediate action steps that they can take and use daily in their professional lives.
Sales requires influence and in the Maxwell Method of Sales Impact program your sales team will be positioned for increasing a sale by learning how to leverage a prospects' buying style.
Each participant will be invited to complete our Maxwell Method of Sales Impact Report and bring their results to our Sales Impact 2-hour Workshop. In this workshop, both new and seasoned sales professionals will learn their selling style, their strengths and how to maximize them, their challenges and how to overcome them, the keys to recognizing their prospects buying style and the 5-point strategy to improving sales with each of the 4 primary buying styles. Sales manager will be provided with the Sales Leadership Impact Report which provides insight to motivate and maximize each Sales Professional based on their unique selling style.
This information will dramatically improve their sales influence leading to greater results for customers, clients, and your company. Upon completion of the workshop, participants will have the knowledge and skills to effectively use the sales strategy that will provide the best results.
Raising your level of effectiveness by leading with a Sales Mindset: Organizations will experience a shift in the ability to influence and empower those they lead to identify and solve problems for clients, increase sales and leadership skills, and achieve greater results, using the Maxwell Method of Selling.
This is a 12-week Sales Boot Camp training based on the leadership principles and values of Dr. John C. Maxwell, leading authority on leadership development. Participants will be equipped with skills needed to improve sales results. They will learn how to effectively serve others through selling, have the right posture, mindset, and attitude throughout the sales process, develop relationships vs. making transactions, master the sales conversation and present products, services, and programs with confidence.
Upon completion of the training, participants will have the basic knowledge and skills to effectively use the Maxwell Method of Sales to lead sales conversations.
In this Level 2 training, participants will be equipped with the skills needed to improve sales results. They will learn how to track and measure their success, overcome common objections, incorporate marketing strategies to stay top of mind during the buying cycle, build long term relationships after the sale, and ask for referrals and repeat business.
Upon completion of the training, participants will have advanced knowledge and skills to effectively use the Maxwell Method of Sales to create lifetime customers.
